Punching solutions are processed on our 33 tonne CNC Turret Punch Press the AMADA 358 King.
This machine can punch materials up to 3/16 thickness (inches). It can punch steel, aluminium and other metallic sheets up to 4 feet wide and up to 12 feet long.
It contains a 58 station turret with 4 auto index stations for high precision cutting (+- 0.002 inches). The use of this precise and sophisticated equipment allows us to produce identical pieces, no matter the quantity.
Our machinery is specifically useful in applications that require tight tolerances and high precision, for example, aerospace industries, recreational vehicle parts, automotive and medical industries.
